I tried my first Yoga Class at Very Yoga Reigate last night and it was great. It was my first hot yoga session as a beginner, but I felt comfortable and everybody was so friendly. I felt so relaxed all evening. The facilities here are great, so I will definitely be booking another class soon. Highly recommend you try this studio.

Really friendly and welcoming space. Every Yoga Teacher I have tried are amazing in different ways. I love the variety of styles and the personalized adjustments the Teachers offer. I have definitely seen improvement in my practice and flexibility.

Wonderful new yoga studio in Reigate! Such a friendly and welcoming environment. Can't recommend highly enough as a beginner yogi lacking in confidence. The team make you completely comfortable and nuture you as you grow in your practice. I look forward to every one of my classes!

I've been coming to Pregnancy Yoga with Joy Kirk for a number of sessions now and I've found it so helpful in preparing my body and mind for birthing. Everything from all the breath work we do, to positive affirmations, visulations and poses that can be used in birthing. My antenatal class included online Hypnobirthing videos etc and I've found the main takeaways from Hypnobirthing I have been lucky enough to practice every week in Joy's pregnancy yoga with other mum's to be. Something we do at the start of every session as well, which has been really positive is share our names, how many weeks we are and two words for how we're feeling. It means we've all gotten to know eachother well enough to set up an online support network having exchanged contact details. Joy truly is wonderful and so accommodating and I can't thank her enough for how much she's helped me feel better during my pregnancy and more relaxed about my upcoming birth.
