I have been attending classes for nearly two years but I am never bored there is always something new to enjoy. A new Yin yoga class with Ben on Sunday evening was an amazing experience and highly recommended. I have achieved so many health benefits since attending Angela's studio but the one I value most is the feeling of self care & well being,.I don't feel guilty investing in myself and taking time to restore from a busy career & family life. I highly recommend a natural approach to fitness and well being in an inclusive and nurturing environment xxx

I have been attending classes for 3 years now and enjoy the variety on offer as well as the calm atmosphere. My husband has now joined me and throughout lockdown have found the online classes a welcome relief from the stresses and strains of current daily life. I would thoroughly recommend.
