Started 18 months ago
1st they sorted my back problems now working on my general strength and fitness.
Dead friendly and will always help with any questions or concerns.

Came back a few months ago to restart yoga and it turned out to be Pilates. I can honestly say I love it! Jenny is an amazing teacher 👍

I can honestly recommend this studio to everyone, such a warm and friendly place that you feel welcome. I have attended sessions with others and on my own and have always had a great experience. Even during lockdown Kate managed to sort out sessions via zoom. Whether you are a beginner, experienced, young or old there is a session suitable.

A rare authentic yoga studio with lovely teachers and a very chilled vibe. Kate runs a studio that is welcoming, warm and homely.
You won’t regret an hour spent at the there.

I have been a regular at this yoga for many years .. it’s so welcoming ! Kate is an amazing teacher and her yin class really chills me out I’ve jyst gone back with a cast on my broken wrist !! I’ve missed it that much .. it’s my treat to go here and if you having tried it yet you are missing out ❤️

Very clean studio with lots of variety of classes and has a wonderful hot and cold yoga room, perfect for all types of yogis

Good experience . Lessons carried out by experienced professional instructors . Felt relaxed & comfortable throughout lessons & given options to go at my own pace
