Ananti's classes are fantastic, really helped me relax, focus my mind, both within the class and beyond. She tailors her teaching and focus on individuals' needs and is very flexible. Loudwater farm is also a gorgeous peaceful setting to practice yoga indoors or outdoors. I look forward to returning for post-natal classes :)

Having never done yoga before I decided to take part in Ananti's yummy yoga pregnancy yoga course starting at 22 weeks pregnant and I could not have enjoyed it more! So much so that after the initial set of classes I signed up for another course!
Ananti created a wonderful atmosphere & was so attentive in listening to us and how our bodies were changing & coping each week & adapting the class to suit us and our individual levels. The class really helped not only with pregnancy ailments but also learning how to feel at one with ourselves which is not only great preparation for labour but a great lesson to learn for life in general! Thank you for all your help!

Attending Ananti's yoga class was a wonderful experience. It really helped keep me mobile during later stage of pregnancy, and was a lovely calming experience every week. I particularly liked that she would adapt the classes to our needs depending on if we had specific complaints that week e.g. Back pain. I used the breathing techniques during labour and was able to deliver my beautiful girl with no other pain relief (other than water, as it was a water birth). I cannot recommend her classes highly enough

Yoga with Ananti has been a fabulous experience. Her classes kept me calm, focused and relaxed throughout my pregnancy up until birth of my baby girl. Had a super quick labour of under 2 hours, i truly believe that's due to both yoga and hypnobirthing.. focus on the breath and keep a positive frame of mind!

Attending the weekly yoga classes with Ananti has been a pleasure throughout my pregnancy. It has kept me mobile and I have also really valued the focus on taking time to unwind and relax. It is a supportive environment and the small class size means that the content is adapted to the needs of those attending. I would thoroughly recommend it to others.

The breathing techniques learned at the pregnancy yoga classes really helped me to stay focused during labour and progress with gas and air. One of the great things about this class was how it was tailored to the group to help with any issues we faced during the week like back pain, etc... Another bonus was the friendly group and it was a great way to get some exercise in. I'd definitely recommend this class!

Really enjoyed the Pregnancy Yoga with Ananti and found it really helpful throughout my pregnancy and during labour. Definitely recommend. The breathing techniques provided were brilliant. Ananti also tailored classes to help with any issues during pregnancy and how they could be overcome.
I enjoyed meeting other ladies in the class and and looked forward to the classes every week.

Ananti is an amazing yoga teacher and her many years of experience really shines through. She is warm, welcoming and her classes are dynamic. She cares about her students and gives different options to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. You will learn so much from her, I highly recommend her classes!
