Charlotte is a wonderful teacher - very knowledgable, creative and caring. Her classes are a real joy to attend and she caters for all levels very proficiently.

I cannot recommend Charlotte enough! A truly holistic session - with lots of variety and ensuring you can work at the pace that’s right for you. So nourishing. Wonderful in every way - great space too! X
