A fantastic studio with lovely warm-hearted teachers and atmosphere. A place where worries can be forgotten and let go, and self-confidence built upon. The classes cater for all levels due to the wealth of knowledge, passion and experience evident within the teachers. It also allows for different yoga styles to be taught and enjoyed to develop your own unique experience. I would thoroughly recommend.

This is the most delightful yoga community where everyone is welcomed to the family from first visit. 💕 Taran (aka the Chesterfield Ashtanga queen👑) has a knowledge, expertise and teaching style that is a gift she shares with anyone wanting to practice and learn more about yoga. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Her classes are normally made up of men & women of all ages and abilities and taught with adaptions to suit. They are always injected with a little fun, humour and oodles of love.❤️ Taran has built a team of amazing teachers, all of whom also share her ethos of offering us what practicing yoga can bring through a variety of class styles available most days & evenings. Workshops, with the very best of guest teachers from all over the world, introducing us to new styles of yoga 🚀 are often run and normally heavenly retreats are on offer several times a year.🏝
The studio is just beautiful and the changes put in place during Covid-19 are well planned and executed. The added bonus of all classes being available via live zoom currently, have made regular practice during this time an absolute life saver!

I can't recommend this place enough. Taran has created the perfect space to practice in and as a consequence a lovely little community has developed 😍.
There is something for everyone from the beginner all the way up to the experienced person with a variety teachers guiding you on your journey.
I started going to this studio when it opened and ever since I first stepped through the doors I have been made to feel very welcome and looked after🧡

Holy Cow is a beautiful space and Taran has created a wonderful place and community to practice yoga. Her expertise and knowledge in yoga to help with alignment and breathwork is incredible and no matter what level the student is, she will help them to progress and challenge themselves.
