Lovely restaurant, they very kindly got us a table for 2 on Saturday at 6pm (we didn't book in advance). Great service, had a really delicious meal and would recommend the coley, lime and coconut soup and the calamari!

Despite the views and beach being awesome, I did have a few issues with this place.

Issue 1. I had 3 courses with the burger as my main. All very nice and enjoyable. however, the burger was literally dripping in grease, which didn't bother me at first, but later on made me feel very bloated and eventually throwing up.

Issue 2. The lack of gluten free options. My mum is both gluten and lactose intolerant (she can be a bit more leanant with lactose but Is sensitive to gluten. She is not celiac) and she really struggled to find a good a good meal. In the end, she decided to have a salad and have 2 sides to go along with it, to make it a full meal. I do realise both gluten and dairy is a massive pain, but there has to be at least a couple of dishes that gluten free and also dairy.

Issue 3. Even though the food was good, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the menu. There aren't that many mains to choose from and surprisingly little seafood dishes to pick. I would definitely like more mains.

If you want a table on the balcony or on the restaurant make sure you book. There are plenty of tables but to avoid along wait it’s worth it.

Dog friendly, inside and out ( book for inside) decent beer and great food.

We booked for lunch and chose to sit outside, the service was brilliant, it’s not in your face and just chilled. We had a 3 course meal for 3 and it was jut over £100. The food was amazing for a busy place, it was as good if not better than Dylan’s. It was nice not to be rushed by the staff for the table, and were left alone to enjoy the food.

It’s an easy walk over the dunes to the beach or just drive and use the large car park.

This place caters for people wanting to meet family and friends for just a drink, grab a pizza or eat in a decent restaurant.

100% recommend this place if you have a dog and want to enjoy a family dinner.

Lovely setting, a short walk to the beach. Food freshly made and not long to wait even though we were a party of 6. Came downstairs for after dinner drinks at Will's bar, idyllic outdoor seating.

Monkfish excellent, burger decent enough. Bit of mix up on our order resulted in delay drinks and starters however fully redeemed when drinks were discounted from bill without asking. Great view of kitchen operation, manic but passionate about plates that go out to customers.

Although while eating from the main menu is pleasant, we sat outside today and ordered from the new shack, it took over an hour for us to get 4 portions of filthy fries as they call them, which only arrived after my fiancee went inside to interrogate the staff. When they finally arrived they were sub-standard. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time unless you can get a booking for inside and order from the main menu, when even then the food is overpriced.

Walked in for lunch on chance and were found a table immediately by the maitre D. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Food choice was great and reasonably priced and we both opted for two small plates of fish based produce. Need to go back and try the mains at some point.

Delicious food and great views. Staff were helpful and explained things well. Lots of families and younger children at our 6pm table and was a relaxed experience for the end of our holiday
