Such a lovely traditional pub and in a lovely location. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and the food was truly amazing. We stayed for 1 night, the room was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed and little touches like biscuits and different flavoured teas in the room was a nice surprise. Reasonably priced for the room and menu, honestly couldn't fault our evening meal or the breakfast. We highly recommend visiting here.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at The Bulls Head today, we was made to feel welcome from the second we walked through the door by all staff but mainly the landlady. The landlady was so kind to our Daughter. The food was a real home cooked style Sunday lunch and really good value. The gentleman behind us had told us he had been coming for years and as he couldn’t finish his lunch they put it in a pot for him to take back for his dog. I’ve eaten here a few times and I would definitely recommend that you give them a visit 🤩

We stopped at the Bulls head after a long walk with the kids, we have tried this before but always struggled to get in, I am so glad we did, the owner Rebecca was so welcoming of us, a fantastic host, Rebecca encompasses everything about why we love the British pub, genuine, attentive and brilliant with the kids. Thankyou for the roast potatoes Rebecca and keep the kids pictures safe ❤️🤣

Best Sunday roast in the area. So well treated by the guys. Homely feel. Take away pudding if you’ve gone large on the roast! You will not be disappointed.
