Simple food, pie and chips. Tasty and cheap. Pie and pint £8.50
Beer good. Large open fire. Could do with redecoration.

Excellent pub with friendly hosts and customers.. great place to relax always welcoming with great choice of beers

Recently moved to the area & found this to be a friendly, welcoming pub. Nice & quiet, plus we can take our dog in with us.

Friendly proper local pub. The locals are great and Anne and Kelvin the owners are wonderful and funny hosts

Told tonight “it’s a local pub for local people” so I walked out. Working in Leicester so stopped with a friend and popped out for a pint to be met by easily the grumpiest woman I’ve met in a decade.

Never actually thought I’d hear someone say that😂😂😂.

Suffice to say me and my friend (who is local) won’t be back..
