Very friendly and helpful service received. Food is amazing, generous amount, well presented and great value. Overall I would say Fantastic. Good place for couples, family and anyone that needs a good meal and some great company.

Great atmosphere of an old-fashioned village pub - friendly people and landlord. Good beer, good food, good value. We had a memorable evening for all the right reasons! X

Me mum, dad and sis really enjoyed our meal today at the Chandlers Arms. We all had a roast and couldn't fault it. Tender lamb and pork and lovely fresh vegetables and afterwards beautiful homemade treacle tart and custard. Will definitely visit again. 10/10 to the chef and staff.

We literally found this place by randomly following a South Road out of Leicester to see what pubs were that way and glad we did as its a lovely little village pub, friendly staff and amazing food with plenty of it with and good choice of dishes.

Great pub in a chocolate box pretty village. Lovely beer garden. New set of beers virtually every time you go in and very reasonably priced indeed.

Without doubt the best pub for miles around. Fantastic selection of lagers and ales, all the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is superb without waiting a long time, the beer garden is beautiful.

Nice country pub, chatty landlord and good beer

We met some friends here for lunch. It's an absolutely amazing place to eat. All the food is home cooked and fantastically delicious. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Dogs are permitted inside. I would imagine you would need to pre-book a table, as it's very popular. A marvellous place to stop.
