I went with my husband an nephew. The food was great. The atmosphere was great. The staff are so lovely, funny and friendly. We will definitely be back, and at that price we don't need to find an excuse to go!

Visited today, after looking for somewhere on google with a varied lunch menu.
Everything about the visit was fantastic - from the lady who took our call with my covid concerns (this was our first meal out since), to the barman (owner?) who looked after us.
The food was as good as we would have hoped for, the value was amazing.
I'm sure this place like any other has suffered over the last two years, and judging by today, they've worked hard to get through, and fully deserve it.
I wish I lived closer as it would be a pleasure to call this my local.
But we'll be back.
Thanks.

Lovely local pub, staff super friendly and the food… unbelievably good Sunday roast and dessert! Fantastic value but the quality of the food wouldn’t be out of place at a much more pricey and flashy restaurant.. homemade strawberry and white chocolate is seriously one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Little gem of a place 👍

We all know their Sunday roasts are excellent, and the traditional afternoon tea we had today proved just as good. Great value at £15 a head, we were well supplied with finger sandwiches, scones, cream and jam, and mini mince pies and little tarts - which had to come home in a box for later. I loved getting my coffee in my own (tea)pot, rather than the single cup I usually get offered as I don’t like tea. The staff are always friendly at the Millers, and nothing was too much trouble, in the well-occupied “Jollies”. The decorated tree and Christmas crackers on the table added to the happy atmosphere. Roll on the next time.

Amazing vegetarian roast dinner! Large plates full of fresh delicious food .

The vegetables were cooked to perfection, cauliflower cheese was so good I had to take home what I couldn't eat (too good to waste) We were shocked at just how fresh, well cooked and tasty our dinner was.

Really friendly, down to earth, kind and helpful staff, they made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

The cheese cakes were so creamy and delicious, the best ive ever tasted!

We met the lovely Chef Shirley , who was kind enough to double check if we were vegetarian or vegan, so to make sure nothing was added that we couldn't eat.

Shirley was so friendly, we really enjoyed talking with her . She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our food and she shared her passion for cooking with us as well as spend time to answer all our questions.

We searched for somewhere new on Sunday, we wanted to find a place that was friendly and welcoming and we certainly found what we were looking for!

We can't wait to go back, spend more time there, eat more and talk more to the locals and staff.

Thank you so much to Shirley and everyone we met on Sunday!
