They were happy to reserve a table of 12 for a group of cyclist. Food was great with an inclusive vegetarian menu. Nice. Also the beer Twitched was fantastic with a wide range of tastes and flavours on the nose and pallette.

Tasty food made of ingredients from the their own farm. Also serving Birra Moretti, what I appreciate. Only downside is the non-working WiFi.

Went to the farm on a spur of the moment day out with my wife, son and dog. Cafe was closed so we decided to visit the pub attached to the farm. Bit pricey on viewing but when food arrives, it's worth it. Can definitely tell the meat is locally produced. Entire pub has that real family feel to it. Would love to return around Christmas time.

Came here with the family after a day at the nearby pumpkin patch. The food was fantastic, fresh country meals reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly, and brought our dog water and treats without us needing to ask. Tom the landlord brought games over for the kids and then for the adults (not those kind’ve games!) whilst we waited for our food. Amy served us and is just lovely, the perfect balance between chatty without being intrusive. Throughly pleasant experience and will definitely come back when we’re in the area, shame it isn’t our local!! Love it!

A fantastic menu with interesting options compared to the traditional "pub grub". The choice was so good it will deserve a return visit soon. Coupled with friendly, attentive service made this a really enjoyable visit.

Been staying locally for a few days and popped in for a drink and some food on our last evening. Very nice friendly pub, the lady working front of house treated us extremely well and catered for all our needs. Ordered food which was made with fresh produce and was excellent. Definitely be back when staying in the area again

I visited this very charming pub this afternoon with my family after having been to the farm opposite.
On a very cold day we were very much in need of a nice warm snug & some good food, the Waggoner didn’t disappoint with its roaring log fires & very warm welcome from a very friendly tall chap with a beard (sorry didn’t catch your name.
We were seated at a perfectly sized table for our group including our 2 year old toddler in front of the fire where we sat & warmed up.
Great selection of draught / cask ales including Proper Job (a firm favourite).
The food was absolutely delicious & exceptionally well presented.
Thanks again to the chap who looked after us & made us feel very welcome indeed.
We’ll be back for sure !

Good food at good prices with quality ingredients. Friendly helpful staff. Nice size garden for outdoor eating, with children's play area to keep the little ones entertained. Located in a pretty little Hertfordshire village.
Definitely stands out from other pub-restaurants in the area.
