Lovely food, great service, very clean - toilets looked like they were in a 5* hotel. Plenty of room between tables.

Stopped here for breakfast today. We booked ahead, but it was very quiet and the carpark was empty. Due to the proximity to the railway you have to input your car reg into the screen at the entrance so you don’t get a ticket.
Greeting was warm and we were offered coffee as we sat down.
Brunch menu was fairly comprehensive and well priced. Having ordered our choices we waited for brunch to arrive. Food took quite a long time to arrive despite it being quiet. Food itself was ok and well presented although taste wise a bit underwhelming.
The location itself was cosy with a well laid out bar. Special mention to the dog friendliness with treats and water available and dog lead hooks at most tables, what a good idea. Pleasant and friendly, worth checking out.

I can't recommend this amazing pub highly enough. The food is consistently of a very high standard, the facilities are wonderful and the people who work there are out of this world. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the warm welcome you receive will keep you going back! As a major plus my dog Leia totally loves everything at The Bridge which is a huge consideration as a dog owner. Treat yourself to a visit. You won't be disappointed.

We hadn’t eaten here for a while but stopped in for a last minute Sunday roast. It was absolutely amazing. I had the rib of beef which was cooked to perfection. My husband had the vegetarian and would recommend this too. The potatoes and veg were well cooked. I highly recommend the banana waffle dessert also - perfect. The lovely waitress also deserves a mention. Not sure of her name but she has worked there for a few years and is always so helpful and polite. Needless to say, we will be back!

Great pub. Great food & wines Ales. Lovely pub in quiet surroundings. Highly recommended. Went back again had a lunch. Fantastic Cajaun Burger / fries / onion rings. Sat next to log fire. Amazing place to go for food. Great friendly atmosphere 👌

What a great find this was. First time to visit and will definitely be back for brunch and more! Fantastic coffee served with a homemade cookie on the side which was delicious. Difficult to choose what to have to eat as the menu is incredible. Went for an English Breakfast and it did not disappoint. Really tasty, perfectly cooked. To top it off the price was great! Definitely recommend a visit for brunch and I can't wait to visit for dinner.

Really enjoyed lunch here in Sunday. Started out with a walk along the Itchen Navigation and then sat down for lunch. Great food and service. My slow roasted short rib was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The trimmings were very well done. Definitely recommend. Good value for money. We will be back.
