Fantastic gastro pub/hotel, with great events and live music! We arrived during a 70's cover band gig and the place has a really friendly atmosphere, with a great range of drinks and quick service. The owners were very helpful and lovely, and our rooms were well furnished and clean, with lovely decor. Highly recommend!

Met family for late afternoon lunch to hand their doggy back after 3 weeks away. We were there first and walked in,there were loads of dogs inside almost at every table. We sat at our booked table till my daughter and partner turned up. most of the dogs were able to reach each other and have a sniff. Family turned up and we ordered our meal. It wasn't a huge menu, quiet a few burgers and sandwiches and as well as the roast. But something for everyone including vegetarian options. The meal came and it was lovely, fresh veg. tasty and filling. The young girl that served us was helpful and nothing was too much bother for her. Other staff was nice as well bringing dog treats around. Being a dog friendly pub run by the community we'll definitely go back with the other family members and their pooches. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic. The staff were patient, cheery, informative and super helpful. We had 4 different sunday roasts and they all tasted different. All the meats were tender and the veges were roasted perfectly. If you ask the gravy will be put into individual pots!
The Trawden Arms outshines the local competition in every way

Well what a nice place clean and polite staff well dressed. Very professional food. Portion size was really good as well. Served on warm plates always a must have. The picture is of the Sunday roast dinner, wow wow wow it was so nice. I also had the warm chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream. Excellent presented. Dog friendly pub as well even though we do not live around here the locals are wonderfull and very welcoming.

Lovely community owned pub with letting rooms. Stayed as part of a wedding celebration. Rooms are extremely comfortable and well presented.

Nice pub. Great atmosphere. Overpriced for village pub. Would love to start attending the quiz here but at the current price point it will unfortunately only be once it a while rather than weekly.

Went to watch a live band. Great atmosphere, everyone very friendly. They made a pot of tea for me too.
