We spent one night pitched up behind the New Inn and decided to make the most of the restaurant. The food was fantastic! Fish pie full of salmon, cod and a creamy sauce. The slow roasted Pork Belly was out of this world... Pork was beautifully cooked and the crackling sublime. Caramelised red onion topped mash with black pudding and fresh vegetables made this one the best meals out in years. Highly recommended and well worth a visit whether you're looking for a quiet pitch to camp or just a meal. Wonderful *****

Bloody good food, really generous sized portions and really friendly staff. Dog friendly in the bar too which was a brilliant plus for us. But too chilly for the beer garden but I bet it's absolutely banging on a sunny day.

Fantastic pub. Visited here whilst on holiday two years ago and full pandemic precautions in place - very well organised from the large beer garden then. Liked it enough to come back a couple weeks ago whilst on holiday again (we love Dorset) and got to appreciate it more fully. Staff are fantastic: service was super quick and the food was absolutely delicious. Also kudos to the very patient landlady who endured a long conversation with my 7 year old on the importance of eating your fruits and vegetables! Beautiful views from the beer garden.

Had Christmas Lunch yesterday. The food was wonderful and plentiful, so much so, we asked for our mince pies to take home. The vegetables were more crunchy than preferred by us but it was a great choice of Christmas meal and should not detract from the enjoyment of this celebration day. The service was excellent and could not be faulted. Certainly recommend to anyone wanting good food, service and venue. Thank you so much everyone for providing this.

I’m the pub was recommended to us from friends in Oxford. Well worth the drive into the middle of nowhere. Beef &blue cheese pie. Haddock moray. Mega hot loads fresh vegetables. Crumble and loads of custard. Good real ale

Excellent, small campsite. Caravans and mobile home pitches too. In the grounds of a friendly pub which serves food too. Toilet and single outside shower. All clean.
Within easy walk of Corfe Castle.

Beautiful food, lovely service and surroundings. You can tell they are doing their very best during this difficult time. It was my birthday treat and I was delighted
