The Victory Inn

I could not find one fault with the meal and experience we had at the Victory. The food was delicious, if only we could have tried more because everything was so good. Staff were friendly and the service was perfectly timed. The pub has implemented COVID rules however they do not take away from the experience and you feel perfectly safe (all staff wore face masks). Definitely recommend visiting and supporting a local pub.

Amazing location over looking the cricket pitch and often a classic car or two to admire too

Really nice pub, in a lovely village setting. Plenty of beers on tap and the food was great. Staff chatty and friendly. Happily go again. X

Traditional pub with a land lady that understands the cellar, if it's beer your after this s is the place. If you're after swanky, pretty cocktail style fare, go elsewhere and leave real pubs to those the appreciate them!

Excellent all round, quality, location, atmosphere and the service was brilliant, a real country pub with good menu too. Hadn't been for a couple of years but will be back soon.

Lovely atmosphere, tasty food , very nice attentive staff , for a reasonable price . That all adds up to a brilliant Sunday lunch .

Delicious lunch at this friendly pub today. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our different meals, piping hot and very tasty. Good atmosphere and just wished we lived nearer but will definitely return. Thank you!

A really nice country pub to escape to. Always sit outside, often when doing country walks nearby. The cricket green is nice to stare out onto for hours. Fresh food and friendly staff with tasty ales.
