Watched The Herbs play here who are a fantastic ska group. There was a good mix of people at the pub and a very good selection of drinks. The pub decor was excellent with Elvis and Betty Boop to name just two. Will definitely be making another visit.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I'd highly recommend going here. This pub is lovely, great selection of drinks very good prices too and snacks. Very friendly staff members and such a welcoming atmosphere too.

Beer like puddle mud but still served it and only changed it when challenged. If you don't like dysentery, don't drink the real ale

Great friendly village pub were everyone is made to feel very welcome. Good selection of drinks. Great place if you want to watch sports and play pool. Drink prices are very reasonable. Have been visiting this pub for many years and the standard of service has always been very high.

Went in for a quick point and ended up in the pub quiz. Great atmosphere and loads of old fashioned truckers and interesting oddities added to the walls. Staff were engaging.

Popped in to see a band play , very cramped, all most in posable to get a bar maid to serve you , they could clearly see you were waiting , more interested in severing the boys in there , would not go there again ..band was good that was the best thing ..

My first visit was an enjoyable oldie feel about the place, was quite busy setting up for live music, and I had a pint of the Boom Bar beer, served with a smile I will return.
