First visit and we loved the attention to every detail. Food was delicious, lots of thought had gone into its presentation and service was great. We were even surprised to find a live band which was an added bonus. Planning to go again and take a stroll around first as it's in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little pub and quaint beer garden which is a sun trap. Found the food a little expensive for what it was. The Ham Egg & Chips was exactly as it said on the tin. 2 thin slices of cold precut ham, frozen chips & 1 small egg. A little disappointing, but it was tasty and filled a hole. Was hoping for a nice cut of ham and homemade chips for the price paid + maybe 2 eggs? Either way, it was very clean, friendly and a pleasant place to be.
The specials of the day looked exciting. Will probably go for that next time & there was a good kids selection.

Revisited the pub after 10 months to see if they were serving food and they were. Had the Orchadman plate ( their take on the plough mans. very nice, felt it could have done with another roll to accommodate the healthy portion of cheese. A nice pint of Canterbury Ale finished the lunch off nicely.

Tucked away in the peaceful Hamlet of Conyer is this gem of a pub. The inside is definitely decent enough, but we like going there when the weather is warmer and sitting outside.

We didn't eat during our last visit, but we looked at the menu and decided that we would return soon and try the food which looked appetising and seemed well priced.

The Ship is surrounded by some incredible countryside and it is well worth exploring by bike or taking a walk around the area. It is a dog friendly pub and a lot of people stop off there whilst taking their dogs for walkies.

Lovely garden and the perfect place to fuel up for cycling locally. We had Wild Boar hot dog and chips and mediterranean tart and chips and both were beautiful. Perfect place to sit and eat out in the sun.

First time venturing into The Ship Inn and I've got to say what an amazing experience! Whole place was such a good vibe and the people were even better, drinks were good and so were the salted pistachios👌🏻 Will definitely be visiting again!

Sad to share this review. Beautiful pub and setting and lovely staff...but got the roast today. Really really poor, veg all undercooked and carrots hadnt even been peeled! Watery gravery and dry meat. Roast potatoes were barely roasted and were essebtially par-boiled and chucked in the oven for 10minutes. Was like a slapdash school dinner. Another couple were equally unimpressed with their roasts. Reviews /photos suggest we were unlucky? Maybe avoid the roast.
