We were weary of travelling and delighted to find when i phoned that food was served all day. We arrived and was greeted by a lovely lady, who welcomed us. She was very friendly and helpful. We ordered our meals and when they arrived, we were totally wowed. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was so lovely and we really enjoyed our time here.

Went for a meal with a couple of friends.
The meal was wonderful ( only fish n chips )
However there was too long a wait to be served, most of the time there was only I person serving.
At one point I was waiting at the bar ( a lady was being served, so I naturally assumed ( never assume ) that I would be next.
A guy approached the bar, and was promptly asked what he would like, to which I said 'I thought I was next'
The girl seemed surprised to see me ( perhaps she has tunnel vision, or maybe I was standing in a no man's zone, meaning that she served one part of the bar, and the other lady ( when she appeared) served the other section.
I would have given 5 stars If the service was better

My husband and I arrived mid-day expecting to be turned away like we had been by two other restaurants that afternoon.
Not only did we receive a delicious meal, but it was a very generous portion for the price.

The venue had a very open, clean, colorful and friendly atmosphere with space for children to play. We have already shared this preciouses find with our family, and will definitely be visiting The Pheasant again.

What a bonus to have a restaurant which serves from 11am till late! Keep up the great work :-)

First Xmas Dinner of the year with some work mates.
Didn't disappoint, food and service was good, shame we were put next to the kids play area, fortunately for us it was a Monday afternoon and not in holiday time.

The pub/restaurant looked inviting from the outside and didn't disappoint once inside as it was very modern, bright and very clean. The food was delicious and served red hot. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. It had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely go there again if I went to Kent again.

Well worth the money 👌
All 4 plates were superb. Wine, not overly expensive.
A good time had by all - thank you 👍

very poor i had to order 4 times before they found something that had not run out , no Steak Pie - No Veg Pie-No Mixed Grill -No Pasta , ended up with burger , 5 of us wanted apple crumble for desert- what a surprise they had none -2nd choice orange /chocolate sponge they had none - we gave up and went home so never bothered getting the drinks we were going to stay for , maybe prime time on a Saturday evening you should have supplies adequate for all the pre booked tables ?

A nice lunch with my Mum post Christmas. Great advice at the bar regarding menu choices, speedy service and great value for money 💰
