2nd oldest pub (but older building) in Cambridge, fantastic history with the RAF signatures on the ceiling, worth a visit for that alone. The food & atmosphere are also great. We popped in for a small late lunch, the vegan sliders are top notch. We enjoyed the food so much, we visited the next day for a full lunch. We had the full vegan burger & the steak, both excellent. Sticky toffee pudding dessert is also recommended. Good selection of drinks, good music, staff very friendly - for us, it is the place to visit when we return

It is a historical and fun pub in Cambridge. The staffs are super friendly. We asked for the spot where the DNA was first composed, the bar tender was very kindly showed it to us. The food is good. The drink selection is vast. We tried the DNA beer as it is the namesake. Overall it adds to the Cambridge experience and fun.

Wow! This pub has an amazing history with the character to go with it. The food and drink were also great. If you like aviation check this places out. I could also see, if you want to have a meal during the dinner hour, make a reservation. Many tables had reservation signs on them.

A birthday treat from my dear friend, before we headed back to London after a nice day out to Cambridge.

Nice food, lovely crispy fish and chips. In a perfect location, I must add. Although busy, I managed to get my food ordered and delivered to my table in no time!!

Reasonably priced with a decent menu. Nice way to end the day out with a light dinner

Really cool and historic pub. The food was great (I had fish and chips) and there is great history. Watson and Crick table is marked with a plaque but the ceilings at the back bar have historic burns from American and British air force soldiers before they left for war.

Great place for a pint and food. Atmosphere is great. Walked around the place for a few minutes and saw a group leaving a table so we grabbed it. Staff was there soon after to clean the table and then we ordered or food and drinks at the bar. About 15 20 minutes later it was delivered to our table and enjoyed.

Cool historic pub. Nice place to drink a beer and feel the good vibes. The roof is full of graffitis made with lighters by British and American pilots that fought during WWII. The whole place is signed by military and there is a lot of memorabilia. It is also supposed to be haunted. Anyway, step in and enjoy.

Definitely a place to visit if you are traveling for the first time to Cambridge. The atmosphere is nice, and even though we couldn’t have the DNA beer, still others were good.
Recommend their fish and chips and also the pie. Both were great👏🏼
