Four of us went for Breakfast this morning, 2 adults, 2 kids. It was here or another early breakfast eatery. We chose here for a change and so glad we did….. the traditional full English was cooked and not warmed up, the food was hot, only 20p each more than the other place and tasted like proper butchers bacon and sausage . Absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend The Bulls head at Ashby. It was worth the hour later opening time for a Sunday.

Really welcoming pub. A great place to watch sports but with a separate lounge area for a quiet drink too. Great range of drinks and food and very friendly staff.
Really well run pub quiz currently on a Tuesday night.

T 48, 49 and 50

Took mum in law out for something to eat. She suffers with vascular dementia which can make ordering a bit tricky. The staff were great showing a lot of patience and understanding. Will definitely be going again

Decided to pop in for a drink inbetween Xmas shopping.
Pub was warm, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our cocktails very much and have reserved one star for when we return to sample and eat lunch in the near future.

The partner and I came in for a quick drink and saw the meals coming out so ordered what was relatively cheap (10 each) mains, duck and crispy pork belly with bubble and squeak. Absolutely amazing food and brilliant service, will come back again. (978080/198)

Great pub. With small but satisfactory breakfast menus. Nice staff and cosy atmosphere. Will definitely go again. Perfect for a simple meal breakfast, lunch, dinner or a simple stop off for a naughty tipple.
