Excellent Thai food. Just across the river, away from busy Kingston. Just had a lovely lunch with the family, a hidden gem right now.

A quiet homely pub with good indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly and accommodating staff. Seems to be popular with the locals. The Thai food looked good.

i visited this bar on Saturday night , such a lovely bar but sadly this goes unnoticed due to one of the most ignorant, bad attitude and poor hygiene of the overly obese bar man.
He was completely rude and politeness was definitely not in this guys character.
the other lovely bar man was so embarrassed at the behaviour.
if he could ring the bell any louder behind the bar, I would probably here it while taking underground the

As a pib, it wasn't very inspiring. (I understand there is shortly going to be a new Landlord?). As an Open Mic venue, it's great. We need more of these in the area...preferably on the other side of the river!

Lovely local pub! Hosted a super open mic night, I brought a dog and there dog friendly for well behaved pooches! Very pleasant evening at the swan!

Great pub with an awesome live music vibe.
The new landlord is doing a cracking job.
Decent beer on tap and a good pub menu as well.
Highly recommended!

It was quite dead on a Friday night which I was surprised at given the good reviews.
They had a limited selection of drinks- only had 2 ciders, 1 on tap and 1 bottled (which was limited and kiwi of all things!) which I thought was pretty bad as even rough back ally pubs have more than that!
They on 'Tastecard' and advertise as offering 2 for 1. When I tried to use this offer the boss insisted that to access this offer 2 people had to order 3 courses each. Nowhere is that in the terms and conditions on their site page. TBH I got the vibe that I probably wasn't the first to point this out...
But I thought 'whatever, I'll just take it up with Tastecard'.
The burgers were just ok- the patty was clearly homemade which is a good move but the chips were odd.
