Solid London boozer. Visited for a swift pint, and chose Taylor's Landlord. Other choices on cask were Greene King IPA and a house bitter. Several local craft beers on keg. I'd visit again especially if time to try the food. Very well ventilated.

Sunday we visited this little pub for lunch we had roast beef and fish and chips. Roast beef was soft and pinky and very delicious, fish and chips crunchy and tasty.. Pub is old style but very nice. Service was great. Thank you. We will visit again.. Highly recommend this pub.

Nice looking pub, bordering on charming - some cartoonish dogs outside - very entertaining. Decent beer and nice atmosphere. No complaints about staff. Certainly the worst roast I've ever had and possibly a bottom 3 worst meal. Had the beef roast (and my companions' chicken and pork belly options didn't look much better). Hispy cabbage was like a boiled lettuce. Beef was grey and greasy. Yorkshire pudding had the consistency of a bread roll. Roast potatoes completely bland. Carrot seemed boiled for hours and then torched. Gravy was not as bad as the rest. I think there was a bread sauce (?) that was like a mint, thyme, parsnip puree.

Just brutal. I think we paid 120 for 4 people, including 3 alcoholic drinks. Should shut down the kitchen until they can find a chef. Ruined what should have been a good experience at a very nice pub. We had to go over to Formosa Street for some pastries to get the taste out of our mouths. Pity.

One of my favorite places in London to just have a beer and eat some good old-fashioned fish and chips. it's a bit hidden, in a quiet of part of town, but the staff is just absolutely golden, really friendly, the food is delicious, the crowd is very pleasant and overall one of my favorite places to go on the weekend to just have a cold one. it is the place to be for sure.

This is a good pub, however they need to take a look at some of the prices and the layout of the pub.

First, the prices. As you can see from the picture, you can get some decent halloumi fries. However, for 4 pinky sized fries, they cost £7! They tasted okay but its a silly amount of money for very little.

Second, the layout. There is no need for one (or any) fixed machine at the bar when you have seats. It means anytime someone comes to the bar for a drink they need to climb over you to pay.

I like this pub, they do a good pint, and the atmosphere so what you look for. Because of this, I will come back in the future! Management, please take these points into account for the better of the pub.

We were trying to find a pub quiz in central London and this place came up spades, especially considering it was Christmas time. The staff were very communicative before our reservation, and the pub itself felt clean, convivial, traditional, and safe. We asked if our 13yo son could come with us, and the environment was cheerful and welcoming to all of our party. Great service on the night and the quiz itself was hysterical (special call out to Dom for organizing!) Would definitely recommend!

We booked a party of 10 to dine at the Warwick Castle. We were disappointed to discover the very limited menu (a choice of only 6 main course meals). We were also disappointed by the server who lacked enthusiasm and seemed more keen to play cards on the side of the bar with her colleague. It didn’t make us feel particularly welcome. Furthermore, we were surprised that they wouldn’t offer us desserts after 9pm with their strict kitchen close time. It was a dissatisfying end to what was actually a decent main course. The venue is quaint and has a nice selection of beers, but unfortunately wouldn’t recommend for food service.

We went to the Warwick Castle for lunch. I was very disappointed with my club sandwich. The bacon was hard as if it had been cooked several days ago and the chicken processed. I was not aware that they did not accept cash as it was very inconvenient for a couple of us. Also we where put in a pocket corner. Personally I will not return.
