The Miners Arms, Brassington

Had a lovely lunch with friends here. The gentleman behind the bar was very welcoming. We decided to sit outside as the weather was sunny and the beer garden was delightful with mature planting and nice tables and chairs.
The food was a good selection of pub classics with several meat free options. There were three hand pulled ales that day and a nice selection of soft drinks.
All the staff were great, really helpful.
We will definitely be returning.

Very welcoming, dog friendly pub serving good ale and good home cooked food. my lasagne was just what i needed after a long morning walk in the surrounding countryside.

We stayed in a cottage opposite and this pub was fantastic. Very friendly staff, Great (huge portions) food and well kept draft ale even when the mercury hit 38C we visited most days and enjoyed this great simplistic pub.

Great meal at the Miners Arms. Award winning pies that were truly amazing. Great choice of drinks and lovely little shop too for a few provisions as we were in our motor home. No issues parking and a lovely friendly welcome from everyone. Going again tonight it was so good. Huge recommendation!

Spent a week away nearby and found pub to be a friendly and welcoming. The Sunday lunch was good with very large portions. Also had pies on another evening an amazing selection available all 4 of us chose a different pie but we all thought were best pies we had tasted and chips were brilliant. Would recommend a visit.

15 of us went for breakfast then evening meal and we were totally blown away. The homecooked food and service was outstanding and the place is very very clean too. 5 stars

Well what can I say 100% AMAZING tasting yummy food, hospitality, pricing, warm welcome, friendliness. This pub has everything you could want. Great stop off during a walk with your very welcome furry friends.

Really enjoyed our Bank Holiday pub lunch there, delicious pie and chips (fully enclosed pies, no puff pastry lids I must point out). The manager there was very warm and welcoming, a definite people person.
Was a lovely way to round off a morning bimble around Parwich and Tissington.
