My friend and I really enjoyed our afternoon tea, everything was perfect and the sandwich fillings just right for my fussy eater friend!! The sweet treats were amazing too.

We were both celebrating our Aug birthdays, it was my friend's first afternoon tea and she enjoyed her experience.

Only thing I can point out is that there was way too much jam and clotted cream, it's a shame to see it go to waste.

The air conditioning was very much appreciated. I also last minute remembered I'd had an email for a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my birthday.

Bobbie was really friendly and helpful, she even changed tables for me to accommodate my mobility scooter and to be closer to the accessibility toilet.

I love love coming here, love the food the food is on point, but last night the food I had was a let down which did disjointed me ,me and hubby had the chicken combo the chicken wasn't cooked!! well So I was a bit sceptic of eating it! But I can't Fault any of your staff the girls are all lovely with big smiles on their face. Love the atmosphere, but like I said last night was a disappointing I hate saying this but let's be honest! 😕

It was my first time there, and it is a very spacious place where they could cater to multiple groups /parties at the same time. The staff were all very attentive and the food was very good. I will definitely be going back there again.

Great food, excellent and friendly staff, exemplary service and a lovely environment.

My only "complaint" - I couldn't finish my food as the servings were very large.

We were there for a late lunch on a Monday and it was busy.

We did not have a reservation but we were seated and served politely and promptly.

We will definitely be returning. I would recommend booking.

I've been here twice for staff drinks. The decorations is lovely here and staff are attentive. Mocktails are also good here. However, I wish there were more vegetarian dishes that would cater for a gluten free diet and also can improve on the seasoning for the food on the menu.

We booked ahead which was needed it was busy. The service was a little slow but it was friendly so can't complain.
The food wasn't go bad although the steak was a little small. All around nice place for a meet and catch up.

Went for drinks only. Staff on the bar very moody and blunt. Stood at the bar without any acknowledgement for 5mins whilst they made drinks for tables. When did get to order staff seemed angry that we wanted a drink. Soft drinks were horrible tasting as if the syrup was running out when said they didn’t care just groaned. Will not go back here for food or drink again poor for this chain
