Popped in for breakfast. Traditional bacon, sausage beans and egg. Freshly prepared, decent quality and pretty good value for a Motorway service area. No complaints.

Great customer service and breakfast was yummy. They swapped out the eggs in my veg breakfast. Highly recommend. Good value too.

Great chilled boozer, conveniently and oddly situated at a motorway services! Nice inside, staff good, and food particularly delicious. Well worth your time if you are looking for a pit-stop and don't want to go to the usual eateries.

We met an old friend there whom was staying in the hotel next door. My son wanted a steak and my daughter wanted a burger. My Friend ordered the scampi and chips, I ordered the jacket potatoe and cheese. Where we sat was quite cold and we waited a bit for the food, as I ordered a coffee and was given a Cup to help myself with the hot drink which is a bonus because its bottomless. So I wanted a hot chocolate for starters and self serve machine was empty of the hot chocolate powder. So I waited to be served again and showed them the beige coloured water that came out instead of my drink of choice and they gave me another cup. The food came and my son's steak was well over done and so was my daughters patty. I was going to send them back but daughter and son it was fine and they ate a quarter of it before saying they they didn't want anymore. My jacket potatoes was big and dry and I felt like I needed more cheese and I requested butter to assist the dry mass to get into some form of mush to get it into my stomach. They jacket potatoe didn't come with a butter cube I had to request it then I asked for more cheese and for it to be melted. They took the food away and thanks be to God I ordered the side salad because that's all managed to finish as they took so long in bringing my food back. By the time I had got it everyone had finished their meal. I picked and nibbled but was upset because the meals were not what I expected a weatherspoons to be. It seems to me that their grill needs cleaning and to be turned down a touch.
The toilets are upstairs and I didn't see any disabled toilets on the ground floor. We disappointed and if that is how all of this chain of pubs are run. I don't think they should be allowed to.

Great food and excellent service on my visit. Plenty of free tables on my visit and using the app makes ordering very easy and quick.

It is located at a service station, so although there is quite a lot of parking, the carpark can get quite busy.
I wasn't in an electric car that day, but did notice that all chargers were in use. So electric car owners may have a queue before charging their vehicles.

Horrendous. Main issue being a paid-for food order not being confirmed at the till (by the staff), so no food arrived. After querying why no food had been served, I was told that no order had been made. Eventually, they worked out that an order was made, and food did arrive. BBQ chicken burger came without BBQ sauce, cheese or bacon. Other than a "sorry" and being told it was a "human error", no compensation was offered by the staff. Other issues included having to order by the bar (not taking the order at the table) and unclean (sticky tables). In summary, I've been using Google Maps for years, and this is the first review I've left. Avoid.

In with family for breakfast this morning 27/12, greeted by 'lovely manager', full of smiles, welcomes, and informative although it was extremely busy. Then a pleasant walk around lake at rear... lovely start to day, will certainly miss it , if it goes.

Nice big outside patio area for eating at the back of the motorway services, with Nandos to one side and Ibis Budget Hotel on the other. Just beyond the outside seating area is a pond you can walk around. The ordering was quick and easy through the App, but the menu limited (No mixed grill). I had the Empire State burger which was Ok, but nothing special.
