The Sir Michael Balcon - JD Wetherspoon

Nice pub on day time. However the service is horrible on Saturday night. There is a blonde lady at the bar who is very impolite with customers. When you order something, this lady serve you 3/4 of a glass and when you ask to be fully refilled she is rude. Notice the same behaviour with other customer.
Used to love this pub and I think people go to have a good time and not to be mistreated.

Wetherspoon, always my favorite but this tike they acted strange. I was with my wife, daughter and a friend and were having shots but they refused to give us more shots after two rounds. Though we were behaving pretty decent but I don't know why they did this.

They have added a couple of more dishes in their menu. Tried them and liked it.

Visiting from Australia; only annoying thing is that we discovered Wetherspoons/Sir Michael Balcon pub on the Last day of our stay otherwise we would have come sooner and often as we were based in Ealing Broadway. Efficient, friendly, helpful staff, good variety of food, portions and prices comparable to local takeout if not cheaper with the added bonus of seating, condiments, cosy atmosphere. Are all Wetherspoons like this? Excellent advertisement for the chain.

Cheep beer, reasonable food, lots of space. Great offers. Typical Weatherspoons pub - what's not to like?

Great pub with lots of history, people always turn their noses up at Wetherspoon's pubs but I enjoy the atmosphere and staff at this pub greatly

Beth has been amazing in servicing what “customer service” is meant to be. She has created a safe and fun environment for a group of young adults.
