The Horseshoes

After calling several other pubs, we called here at midday on a Sunday on the off chance to see if we could get a table for Sunday lunch. Thankfully the hostess was happy and able to squeeze us in and we had an amazing Sunday lunch in a lovely atmosphere. The waitresses were really helpful and accommodating, the food was delicious and we will definitely be going back!! Thank you so much!!

Lovely, welcoming pub that felt traditional and 'back to normal'. Excellent food, friendly staff...my husband says he is getting a dog so he can wander up for a pint and lunch when he retires in a few months! What more can I say!!!

The most amazing piece of belly pork we have ever tatsed! Crackling was delicious and the pork itself was still extremely moist. Perfect!!

Great pub with great beers and very good prices. Staff lovely and the pub is dog friendly too.

If you want a proper pub, with proper pub grub, including an exquisite Sunday lunch and extremely well kept traditional hand pulled ale - you have to try this place - you will be hooked I promise.
