We recently went to eat out at The Regent, with my partner and our kids, also with other friend and her children, and I can say that the staff were amazing, especially because we had other customer/s being completely rude to us and our children because they were making noise. I felt so grateful for their attention and standing up for us and our children. I want to give 10 ☆ instead of 5☆... The food is always great and very tasty!
We will definitely come back with all our family!😊🤗🥰

Food was freezing, peas have seen better days, driest chicken I've have ever had but...... the staff were very accommodating and made the experience acceptable. Won't be back in a hurry! Maybe just drinks the next time! Venue was nice airy however Halloween finished last year why was there still cobwebs on the chandeliers?

Great pub with plenty of room. Serving good pub food at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Would recommend.

I wait 36 min for one breakfast, they don't have a cooking ideea bacon was hard and burnt can't eat, worst breakfast ever, close the kitchen guys..

Superb venue , friendly staff specially the door staff, nice music as they have DJ on weekends and karaoke 🎤on Sunday. Reasonable prices compared to other pubs in the area and they do great offers on drinks like 2 for 1 cocktails and nice food aswell as good offers on food. All in all a great place to enjoy an evening, money and time spent is worth it 👌surely would recommend it .

Lovely people, cheerful service BUT a faster coffee machine could help the staff when several needed at same time. This review was before Christmas. Today, 5.1.23 as most Thursdays over many years a group of several join together for coffee at the Regent. Today, about eight if us queued for coffee, no staff in sight. Knocking on
kitchen door, no response. Looked inside, no one so I called, still no response. Eventually a man came, went to the very slow machine and dispensed one mug at a time which took a while. As we hope to continue to visit about 11.15a.m. every Thursday might it be possible to have a visible helpful member of staff on duty as in the past please? I would wish to reduce stars to one today. It was not what should be expected and would be advisable to offer an apology to your customers.
