Just had a two night stay in room 6 , good beer in a real pub , room was good value and you can you can park within sight . Would definitely return if I needed a bed in the area or even a pint when passing

Nice pub very Victorian looking on website though advertised food being sold there was no food for sale very nice rooms to stay in good prices easy to find the location

Friendly and helpful pub. We wanted to eat but no food. Advice was given as to where we could eat but as we were on bikes we asked if we could buy some food from the nearby supermarket and eat in the pub. We could so had a pint and some food.

Someone in our party had a lime and soda. We were amazed that this was free as so many pubs charge for this.

Had a awful experience, me an my friend both struggle due to disability's and the staff were making jokes out of it then they kicked us out because i was stumbling even though i cant walk properly just wanted to watch England horrible experience !

Good prices and lovely rooms.....would highly recommend....👌

We cannot ''Thank' the Very Friendly and Helpful staff enough for our Saturday night last minute stay in Room 1. A real Mary and Joseph tale following a very negative and hostile AirBnB experience - at 8pm we found ourselves without a place to stay with our 3 year old daughter - The White Swan came to our rescue offering a toasty warm room, well equipped - a really welcome relief after a horrendous experience - So again a VERY BIG THANK YOU - we will come back as it is so well placed for Compton Verney

Nice friendly staff basic but all you need for a stay Great price lots of walks around area.

My partner and I ate in the restaurant for tapas tonight. We was served by a young girl and a young lad. Both were so lovely and helpful! The food was absolutely delicious and you could tell it was cooked freshly. We noticed a couple complaining about the food and service which made us slightly nervous, due to being from out of the area and never eating at this place before. However, we both cannot see why as the food was absolutely amazing and the service we couldn’t fault.
