Really great first visit, and we were not disappointed. Excellent service, every dish was perfect. Lovely atmosphere by the cosy fireplace. Can’t wait to return! Thanks to manager Martin for a lovely lunch.

I think I have just found the best full English breakfast in the Area. I’ve been living here for 6 months and whilst there are some good places around, nothing I have had so far matches this. The service was prompt and friendly, all the food is cooked to order and using top quality produce. The cooking and presentation, also top. I only wish I’d taken a photo. I’ll be back there very soon. Highly recommended. Lots of space and the terrace area is a lot bigger than it looks when driving by. Thumbs up to the team 👍👍

The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you. They were making sure my toddler was happy and had colouring to keep her entertained while food was being cooked. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys. I didnt manage to get a pic of the dinner but I did manage to get a pudding pic.

The Hillside Inn is a very nice place to dine in. I had the Hunter's schnitzel with chips as a main course and the double chocolate brownie as desert.

The Hunter's schnitzel was great good but compared to my friends I think there's better dishes on the menu such as the pizzas or the burgers, it does however depend a lot on preference. The brownie was great especially because it was hot on the inside contrasting with the ice-cream on top of it.

Location wise is nice but it's a shame you're not likely to hear about it unless you live in the area. I only heard about it when my work colleagues mentioned it. Overall I really enjoyed the experience.

The food was excellent but the service was slow. The waitress brought over the wrong wine, but it was changed with no fuss, really nicely appointed pub. Well worth a visit.
