It's ok, nice pub, beer ok, decent price, you can watch the sports. Only been there early evening passing through the town.

I revisited this pub, after it had had a major refurbishment. There was no real ale. TV screens everywhere. Generic pictures on the walls, with nothing that I could see that related to the beautiful of Nantwich.

If I wanted to watch TV, whilst drinking fizzy beer, I'd stay at home....

The staff and management are sound, you get good drinks for the price and the refurb has done the world of good for the pub

Great atmosphere and great draught beer.

Good pint of Guinness and at a Good price.

This was the first time in this pub and my mate he had a bottled beer and needed to ask for a glass as it wasn’t offered , I had a John Smiths 1pint and it tasted like puke 🤮.
Also we could hear the Feffin and Geffin of the bar staff whilst we were sat at a table , and possibly one was the manager bloke , good job I had not gone in with my wife and no doubt will never go in again , pity really has the pub itself has a lot going for it , so please educate the staff to be more customer friendly

Visited Jan 14th and noticed the two boys behind the bar were discussing something, one of them came up to us and i asked what bitters they had on. Without a word from him, he suddenly went back to his mate and carried on their conversation, needless to say we walked out and have never experienced anything like it before.

Excellent beer & very reasonable, quick service & football on an excellent pub.
