The Hatch

Pilgrim have done something special here. Great selection of cask and keg beers and there is a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Decoration is modern and done well. The only disappointment was time being called at 10:40 on Saturday night. Our group certainly wasn't ready to leave!

Recently taken over by the local Pilgrim Brewery. No food but a good range of tap / pump beers, some local spirits on offer and bar snacks.

Had a great time at the Hatch, with my son & dogs. Only recommendation ( on re-opening weekend) is to have another till, as payment process seemed to be slowing down service. The good news after being closed for so long, it was super busy & the staff were great!

Lovely old pub, situated in what was once Reigate Foreign Workhouse. Good beers from Pilgrim Brewery.

No food was on offer when I visited, but different Street Food is on offer at weekends (check Social Media).

Great selection of ales, as you would expect from an excellent brewery and good prices.
However the recent refit with hard finishes has made the front and mid rooms echo chambers, to the point where on two occasions we have left. This will be sorted I'm sure, but the homely pub is now a tap room with more seating. No food is available yet, but again is on the cards, with a pie offering coming soon. Early days and I hope to give it 5 stars in the future.

Really nice local pub and great selection of drinks. My only suggestion would be to look at introducing more two person tables at the front (particularly on the left). There's currently one big table which ends up as wasted space when the place is busy whereas a group could pull the twos together if needed.

Great beer and now great Neopolitan pizza too courtesy of Monte Forte - so glad to have a place like The Hatch nearby!
