Decent size beer garden out the back and some outdoor seating to the front of the pub. This looks out over the high street so is great for people watching and catching the sun. Live music was on when I visited on a Sunday afternoon. There are some good choices on the food menu and the service is always good in Joules pubs such as this one. Overall a really friendly local pub with a great location in the town, just opposite a Titanic pub and with many more within walking distance. There is a car park directly behind the pub but it'd recommend parking on the nearby Aldi if it is a short visit as you will then be able to park for free. Get yourself in for a pint of Green Monkey.

Fabulous town centre pub with great atmosphere. Spotlessly clean, separate little areas to sit, and stunning, brim full of plants beer garden. Very busy when bands are on.

Good ol' fashioned pub in the heart of Leek. Great character, drinks reasonably priced and friendly staff

A really nice little old Joule’s pub in the heart of Leek.
Got all the Joule’s ales if that’s to your liking, beer garden is a good enough size (I counted about 9 tables, a couple under a shade, one under a permanent wooden shade) if you enjoy your pint in the open air, if you can visit during the off peak, it’s a surprisingly quiet and relaxing place to enjoy good ale (although do keep in mind I popped in for a half pint at 2pm on a sunny Monday so it being quiet and not busy goes without saying 😂).
