The White Hart

We visited for the first time today as we are new to the area. We were greeted by a lovely lady who was very helpful. We ordered from the Seniors menu and it was excellent. The hot food was nice and hot (some places it's not). It was cooked very well. The brownie was the best I have eaten. The staff were very good and friendly. Perhaps a couple more waiting staff would be helpful. We were very pleased with everything and will be back. Thank you to the staff.

Ordered coffees through the app 20 minutes ago and zero service. Had to go to the bar and ask if the order was underway and still no service. Not busy in here; staff have not paid attention to order from table orders. Not holding out hope for the food order. May leave and request refund 0 stars

Food arrived much faster than coffee order (thank you kitchen). Actually really enjoyed it and have no faults to report - 5 star good order.

Toilets - Jesus H Christ get some bleach. Smell emanating from a good 6 foot through 2 doors. Unbearable inside - the stench of ammonia is pure disgusting. Smell wafted throughout the pub everytime anyone visited....... Wipe your feet on the way out.....

Very poor! This used to be one of the best pubs in the area but now completely run down. Saturday night but nearly empty. No draught beer ie. Only GK IPA shown but that was "off". Closed early, just to compound the sorry evening, claiming company policy.

We do quizzes here regularly. The food is lovely but the toilets could do with some work. The staff are also very friendly and give good drink suggestions.

Thanks for the feedback, think sadly there is a long way to go to get to 5 star. Food and drinks were very, very, slow, and one meal was so nasty i could barely look at my friend as she picked at it. Fish looked, slimey, depressing, bland. The chicken in my taco was barely room temperature and looked grey.
Halloumi fries saved the day, and were crunchy and hot. But, no, don't think we'll be back!

Absolutely brilliant pub just had new landlord move in and he is extremely professional and friendly and was talking about the big plans he has for this pub and all I can say is I’ll definitely be coming back for them 🙌food was excellent very wide range to choose from brilliant choices of beers on tap to they also show sports here so would recommend anyone who loves sports to pop in for a pint and enjoy the entertainment this pub delivers definitely would recommend this place to anyone and I’m looking forward to seeing what the new landlord is going to bring to it 🙌

Popped in for food ,staff where brilliant, food was beautiful, the only fault was we weren't told there was an hours wait. But once the food came out it was fully worth the wait. Would recommend for sure!

Went for lunch with some friends, was honestly such good service especially for a pub. Katie was our waitress and was so attentive and assuring, really took care of us! Will definitely be returning.
