We had a meal here in the week and we couldn't fault them , I had beef bourguignon & my fiancee had rump steak and they were both lovely. The beer was excellent and the staff were friendly. The pub has a great , relaxed atmosphere and the decor is really nice. Overall we really enjoyed it here and will be back definitely.

Called in for first time to this pub. It has just reopened after a refit and is very nice. Although we did not eat on this occasion we will return in the future to do so. Menu had something for everyone. Staff were pleasant and the atmosphere inside was nice on our visit.

Popped in for lunch and the food was excellent. The pub was very busy with lots of reserved tables, which is a good indication of how popular the pub is. We had BLT sandwiches with chips and they were delicious. Other tables were having full meals from fish and chips to steak and every plate went back empty, another good sign.
We will return again soon for evening meals, as well as drinks.
This pub has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and a friendly team. It's a real local, comfortable pub.

Have popped in here for a drink a couple of times and the food always looked amd smelt lovely! Went today for food and it was beautiful! Lovely friendly saff; such a clean place too, brilliant selection of drinks and the food menu is perfect! All the food was fresh and tasted gorgeous! Would definitely recommend this pub 100%! We will be back soon 😀

Nice atmosphere, gvfm beer & food, in fact.... excellent!! I keep having the BLT sandwich with chips & salad, add a pint of lager, total £10.70!! Brilliant! Landlady actually bought a bottle of salad cream just for me! Can't fault it! But if you you paint on your eyebrows, better head for the Dragon!!

Lovely staff and excellent beer. They have a good, fenced beer garden, which is great for customers with dogs. Doggy treats and water bowl on request.

Visited my daughter who lives in the village and went for a meal and a few pints with her her husband, my grandkids my brother and his wife! Really enjoyed the experience staff very friendly and good selection of drinks available.

Staff very friendly beer well kept food excellent and overall a great pub to visit and the pub quiz on a Wednesday is a great night

Great service on a busy World Cup night. Fairly standard pub fare but some good offers. We had the 2 main courses for £15 which was great value. Well organised kitchen and friendly bar staff. Much better than similar chain restaurants. Nice local vibe too.
