What a fabulous little place. The tea room
Is hidden down an alley and very easy to miss. There is a lovely garden and small tea room. However don’t let any looks put you off. You are greeted with good service and excellent food. As a vegetarian I was a bit concerned there maybe a lack of choice. However the cheese sandwiches with the optional chutney were amazing. Incredibly fresh and I could easily have been in a Michelin restaurant they were that tasty. Highly recommended.

Also try the lovely hot chocolate as a desert.

Lovely environment away from the main road, so good to be able to sit outside in comfort in a garden. Lovely teas and coffees, but didn't try food

Tucked away down a little alley way that you could easily miss, but don't. Lovely garden seating for a dry day. 4 tables inside too. Very friendly traditional staff with an amazing range of food. Always a good stop off place for us when travelling through.

A really welcoming family owned pub which is lovely at all times of year. The pub inside is cosy and the lit up garden is lovely to sit outside in in the warmer months. They always have well kept Otter Ale and Otter Bitter on and Chris and Robbie always look after you.

Great little pub and tea rooms, lovely oldie worldie setting, friendly staff, clean astablishment and top quality food.
We found this place totally by accident as it's tucked away down a thin alleyway between two shops, if it hadn't got signs on the corners of the alleyway and sign on the pavement we wouldn't have known it was there. A real gem of a place, we'll be going again and again and again.

A little gem, hidden away off the main street .
Beautiful food, cream teas etc (they even do plain scones). Try it but don't tell anyone, keep it a secret 😉
