Lovely quiet location in countryside. Nice pub and food, just a little bit on the pricy side. Service is good, with a good atmosphere.

Had a wonderful dinner here. There were 9 of us all eating different meals and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. A nice selection of both meals and drinks to choose from. Alan was also very attentive to our table. Would definitely recommend this place.

Traditional country pub, quite most of the time. Nice garden. Regular selection of beers. Particularly interesting and vary is the menu with some peculiar specials.
Average prices for the beers, medium/high prices for the food. Young and friendly staff :)

My meal was a little disappointing this time. The pastry base of the mushroom dish was burnt and inedible and roast potatoes were hard. Very sad as on previous visit the food was excellent. One of those things!

Lovely meal; stunning gin; lovely pork belly and dessert was lovely too. Step dad's 80th, a few days early, and he loved which was clearly the most important bit!!

A really nice place to eat, I liked what their varied menu offered for normal eating, but not much on offer to vegetarians.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was good.

The marquee near the building was very useful for people with pets and also for parents with young children to run around freely.

We really enjoyed the food there. Most of the dishes has the gulten free options. Food were well cooked. Staffs were friendly. Our dog enjoyed the outdoor space too. We will be back when we are around the area next time.

This really is a wonderful country pub! We had a delicious lunch at the Olive Tree today.
There’s plenty of parking on site and a great marquee set up in the beer garden if the weather isn’t on your side. Lots of picnic tables nicely spaced out a and a few cushions to make you as comfortable as possible. Covid-19 measures were also clearly in place with track and trace available or the option to leave your details manually and lots of hand sanitiser dotted around.
Drinks and food were fabulous, as was the service from our lovely waitress Kate who was so very friendly and helpful (as were all of the staff).
We both went for the moules frites (on the specials menu) and they were we’re plump, juicy, delicious and came with a huge portion of thick cut, well seasoned chips and some amazingly good hand cut bread to mop up the fantastic garlic and white wine sauce. They even thoughtfully included a finger bowl with lemon to clean your hands afterwards which was a great touch.
Our drinks were refreshing and spot on for a hot day so I really can’t recommend this pub highly enough.
Support local and get yourself down there with friends or family - you won’t be disappointed! Thank you to all of the team for a wonderful afternoon x
