Love this pub. Excellent staff with a warm welcome and open fire. Good menu with competitive price. Always first class

Lovely food (they even knocked up some pies for us especially!) and friendly welcoming staff. They were great with the kids and the outdoor space was brilliant with ducks, geese, chickens and a very cute bunny. Highly recommended and wait to get the chance for a return visit

This pub was absolutely amazing. The food was so good and they even made me a GF fish and chips. The ambience was laid back and super relaxing. I loved it. It was like finding a pot of gold

Over priced. In honesty they try hard, but a bit amateur. Coffee was v poor (their equipment is designed for home use, so they couldn't keep up with demand). Coffee/walnut cake hadn't been made very well, but tasted OK - at least it was fresh.
Decor a bit tired and in need of an overhaul. Interesting collection of unusual teapots was the highlight, as for the cafe experience, Sorry, but I won't be revisiting.

We visited this large traditional country pub, had some lunch and drank some fine ale and wine. The welcome was very warm and the hosts could've have been more hospitable. It was great to find a pub that was so inviting and felt we could have stayed there all afternoon. We will definitely be returning for some more good food, wine and conversation.

Such a lovely family run pub, very friendly and welcoming. Food was absolutely amazing.
Staff went above and beyond to keep the children happy also. Would definitely recommend and also return to.

Wonderful beer garden with lots of different seating options, including a large covered area great for all weather. Lovely ducks and chicken in the garden and very tranquil, backing onto a farm.

The food we had was delicious, especially the burger. Classic pub fare done well. Service was also great, the barman was very friendly and accommodating!

We’d definitely return!
