Staff were very friendly, food didn't take too long to arrive and was very tasty and a good portion size, and I don't mean excessive, I hate food waste but this size meal was perfect. Service with a smile, would definitely come again if we visited the area again

Probably the best pub meal that I have ever had. The chips were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, my steak was perfectly cooked, the cleanliness was impeccable, staff were so polite.

Very impressed by the friendly, helpful staff. Very efficient. Nice food. Hadn't been before, and will definitely return. Wonderful! Keep up the great work!

The food menu was kind of shallow not much of a selection. The food was kind of expensive for what you got but it did taste nice. My only major thing hence the 3 stars was that it wasn't hot at all. More lukewarm.

I'd probably return but not for the food.

undercooked beef burger, the burger was pink. and after i told a member off staff another worker blatantly shouted out about it saying “how can a burger be pink” do not recommend the swan for food.

Lousy place to be. Drinks are overpriced and come in cheap plastic cups. Majority of the bar staff look at you the same way you'd look at something stuck to the underside of your shoe including one particular woman working the evening shift who was very dismissive but I'm sure she's friendly with the regulars or anyone that isn't a youth so it mostly goes unnoticed. Music is too loud for 6:30 and is clearly trying to appeal to a different type of crowd. Have not been for food during the day but after a drink there in the evening I think I'd rather not...

Very very happy. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I'm really impressed with the food. Had the burger and chips....spot on. Descent prices too.

Only 2nd time out drinking in Mansfield and 2nd time in this place, drinks are fairly priced no issues with music only complaint was that they stopped serving around 11pm on a Saturday night, just seemed abit early for me apart from that really good sized pub
