A Marstons pub. I went here for a Sunday lunch with my Mother and it was relatively quiet. To be honest I was surprised as there is nothing to not like about this place. Open and spacious inside with plenty of seating, in addition there is also outdoor seating. Huge car park to the rear, good disabled access. Nice and clean, friendly staff, 15 minute from order to service. Not fancy food but great value at the price, if you want the English pub grub staples. Family friendly with a children's play area, kids meals and smaller portions for the Elderly. Would go back. There is a small dance floor and a sound system set up so there may be evening events. All quiet in the daytime though.

If you found my review helpful I would be grateful for a thumbs 👍

Came here last minute on the 17th for my birthday with my partner. Never had such a perfectly cooked mixed grill come out so quick!! Great present <3
The guy behind the counter... Will? Was a funny kid too. Really enjoyed my time here

What a fantastic little gem! Great food served fresh and incredibly tasty! The staff were very welcoming and made us feel valued! Do no hesitate to go here. I would recommend time and time again! Cannot wait to go back!

Came here for lunch with my Husband, and was delighted. Everything was beautifully clean, staff went out of their way to help and were extremely friendly, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We shall definitely be back.

Ok so let's be clear.
Even at £11 or whatever it was, wasn't great.
Couldn't mix the meats, all had to be the same (why?)
Gave the veg in a separate bowl and I saw the same size bowl going to our table of 5 as another person with a table of 2.
Gravy was brown water, had to ask for a thicker one and it was still watered down.
Potatoes were uneven, one plate had two, another had 4.
I had 4 slices of turkey on my large, the person with regular had 4 too.
Yorkshires are hard.

Overall go somewhere else for your Sunday roast and this place is a skip while so uneven on their portions (which was especially weird after being told no mixing of meats).

The dessert on the other hand, omg was the stick toffee pudding incredible! Well done whatever can or whomever made that.

Shame it's not busier. Large friendly pub with a nice outside area. Food is OK. Dog friendly spaces. Sometimes the music is a bit niche (guessing it's the landlord's choice) but always receive a warm welcome.

A nice cosy place to eat. Would go again. The only downfall was I ordered a vegetarian option but they brought out a meat gravy. Luckily I checked before pouring because I thought Marstons do all the gravy suitable for vegetarians. I know they do at my usual, at Ollerton roundabout.
