Brilliant bar. Great priced drinks the landlord is friendly and great too. Great atmosphere would go again and again. Also, with the Sky sports and pool table it's an all round great entertaining friendly place.

We stayed in Retford for the weekend again from leeds (30th September to 3rd October) always go in the vine on Friday/Saturday nights good beers friendly staff and customers. Music different each night also went in Sunday for karaoke which was fun. Will be back again in November. Thank you for a good weekend

Surprised to see how nice it is inside. We've walked past several times and not felt inspired to go in. Very friendly, spacious and clean. Don't let outward appearances sway you. This is a great place for a drink.
