Very clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pub is quite a big place with a play area for children and a pool table for the older children! Food was very nice and cooked from fresh. Prices were very good aswell. We all had a fabulous time.

We had an evening meal and an all you can eat breakfast in the morning because the evening meal was so good. Great place and very friendly. All you can eat roasts looked good with generous meat portions.
Though, drinks were overly expensive. Kids were happy with free tap water and ice.
I think they could afford lower drinks prices. Then I know I would end up spending more.
Picture of Starters that were amazing.

Me and my girlfriend stop In around 4pm on a Friday. The place was dead which is fair enough but the abundance of staff looked fed up to be serving and were more interested in making a stack of napkins in to bongos at the bar which was abit annoying. The food took ages and all it was ,was chips and a chicken burger. The chips were what you expect but the chicken was dry with an unpleasant aftertaste, a couple of bites and we were done. Good points were decent parking and the loos were clean. I know it's cheap but it was still below par for the price.

Stopped in for a bit to eat after a trip to Chester Zoo and had a good time. Staff were very friendly and food was at the better end what you'd expect for a chain pub. Prices were reasonable but sadly they had no draft ales on. Would recommend for a solid meal

Fabulous festive menu, great value for money. Service friendly and not rushed.... Not to mention big portions.

Lovely staff, reasonable prices and a very helpful app for ordering! And the food... well, you can check my other reviews to make sure I'm not exaggerating when I say this... was the best food I have EVER eaten. Hats off to the chef 🙌

To be honest we didn't have time to look around. The coach stopped and we were briefed where to go. We all trooped into the inn, quick as we could, heads under hoods/head coverings as it was a wet day.
The place was bustling.
The loo was tidy.
The bar had a queue. The food was good. It was Christmas week. We had roast (a selection on offer) from the carvery. There were all the usual accompaniments like Yorkshire pud, varieties of veg, gravy, apple sauce, etc. There were other mains on the menu. The puddings inc apple pie with custard and other festive desserts. Everything nicely turned out and service with a smile in a busy lunch period.
We had missed our slot due to heavy traffic on the M6. It was decent of them to attend to a coach full, as promptly as they did, (we were on a schedule, pressed for time and anxious to get home).
Kudos to the staff. Most professional. Well done feeding us and not adding much much more delay.

Clean, tidy and a nice atmosphere. The pizzas are home cooked in a proper pizza oven, and were absolutely awesome! We had a Hawaiian with added pepperoni and a Philly Cheesesteak pizza. Both tasted amazing and were cooked perfectly. Compliments to the chef!!

The host was a nice cheerful guy and I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant or visiting there again. Well done!
