The Middleton Arms

My husband and I have been visiting family all over England for the past couple of months. We always try the steak and ale pie every time. The pie here is hands down....THE BEST. owner is always gracious and friendly, even when we haven't booked a table. Highly, highly recommend.

We went to celebrate my parents inlaw 50th wedding anniversary meal.
Lovely food, friendly staff and a cook that went the extra mile to offer an extra vegan options for dessert to my daughter. Well worth a visit!

Warm welcome and lovely food. Roast lamb was tender and succulent. Veggies cooked to perfection - slightly al dente and not swimming in water. Tasty gravy and perfect roast potatoes. Bread and butter pudding was perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday lunch, thank you.

Visited here today with a party of six adults and one child.
Very friendly and cheerful atmosphere. The owner was amazing with my Granddaughter.
The food was delicious, hot and very tasty.

Popped in for an evening meal. Brilliant and very welcoming staff. Food was absolutely fantastic, lovely and freshly cooked. Service was great. Next time we are holidaying in Yorkshire we will be coming back to eat here. Highly recommended
