Pictured is what they call "the ultimate beef burger"
I treated my 11 year old son and although the menu is large, you either pay for an adults meal or one for a smaller child and the prices aren't exactly cheap (not expensive for an adult). My son sacrificed for a smaller child's meal so he could endulge in one of the adult desserts.
Staff & facilities where good.

Lovely lunch time carvery today, not overly busy at 12.30, but by 1.15 was fairly full, popular place. Carvery is choice of s/m/l, £6.45, £8.54, & £10.45, mon - sat, another £2 on a Sunday, both the turkey & the beef were cooked really well, lovely & tender, lovely home made yorkshires, very big, veg well cooked. They also have a menu as well with a variety of dishes on, but we didn't try anything off it, staff were lovely& friendly, pub was very clean all through, I did have a bit of a shock at £5.30 for a pint of hobgoblin though.

Food was nice, kids meals were brilliant value. Staff were quick and really friendly. I like how if you want Carvery and have ordered other meals they come and tell you when the other meals are nearly ready so you can eat at the same time. Carvery food was hot and fresh. Booked online for 11 of us, was really easy and the table was ready when we arrived

Just had a fantastic Christmas Dinner. The starters main and deserts were all excellent. Spoilt for choice the meal was great value for money. It's an incredibly friendly venue. Immaculately clean. The staff are amazing. Massive credit to April who helped mum with the carvery as mum is in a wheelchair. She really couldn't do enough for us. We can't wait to visit again.

Food was amazing, service from girls was excellent. Pub it's self is a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. They were turning their Christmas lights on and OLAF made an appearance. Live music and Christmas Carol singer. Will definitely be our new place to eat. Children menu is so good with choice.

Well, just back from a lunchtime Christmas meal, garlic mushrooms for starter which would've been a "lunch" for me at home, Christmas roast with all the trimmings and a sweet to take home as ---well you know...absolutely gorgeous, they even offer crackling, I mean, bring it on!! Well done all of you, a pub full at lunchtime speaks volumes, atmosphere was lovely

Had the carvery. Meat was good, roast potatoes really nice. Gravy good. I don't like boiled vegetables so can't comment on the veg. I did have the peas they were fine. Yorkshire pudding not very nice. For the price about £7 for a small plate carvery it was acceptable.

First time here for Christmas Dinner and we were very pleased! We were met by a lovely member of staff who greeted us, and we were then escorted to our table by another lovely lady. We were served our starters and dessert and we had to attend the carvery to collect our main. The food was perfect. My husband had a minted lamb shank and the lamb was cooked just right, all the vegetables were were lovely and there was plenty of choice when it came to sauces etc. The bar staff were really friendly and we had a lovely Christmas dinner. The atmosphere was really nice, relaxed and not too busy at all. We will definitely be coming back for Christmas Dinner and we may even attend at the odd weekend for a carvery. Thank you
