A good pub that shows sport on several large TV's... We visited on a Sunday to watch the Monaco F1 and enjoyed it with a few drinks and some bar snacks. Good value pub food and a big pub so plenty of room inside and out.

Had hunters chicken and was really nice, even the chicken wasn't dry. These pubs can be a bit hit and miss with food bit on this occasion it hit the mark.

Visited again on 07/06/22 and had the hunters chicken big platter. This time the chicken was dry, peas were dry and half the chips were full of grease. Asked for a replacement dish to which they did, however the chips looked like the same ones and ended up more than half the chips were greasy this time and unedible. Not impressed that the meals are not consistent.

This used to be my local and I had many happy years with friends and family there. The food is quite nice, the typical thing you'd find in a weatherspoons or the like. Quite well priced and a good menu. The staff are always swift and my son has always loved the outdoor seating and play area

Nice pub...however....on most occasions there is only one person serving at the bar for both drink orders and food orders..so it's either low staff levels or poorly managed staff distribution.
Expect to be Waiting a long time to be served as sometimes you will also find others will hustle the way to the front as the bar is very poorly organized.
On a positive note if you are lucky to be served with food and you have a problem with it if after half an hour if you've not been replenished with more edible food you get your money back and as an added bonus you get served the same poor meal again...of course..that is if you are willing to stand at the bar for another 20 minutes to complain in the first place

Good place for drinks but guy's don't buy here any food. Why I will explain. When I ordered food after almost half an hour I received cold food with no taste. The staff didn't even really know who to bring the food to or who ordered. Not recommended 🤨👎 If you are hungry try to find any other restaurants 😎👍

Having used the warren for about 7 years on and off With mixed reviews of the food I’d alike to say well done. The game has been upped and the standard has improved majorly in recent months. The staff are friendly and myself and the dog are always made to feel welcome. I eat at least once a week here now and had no issues, the foods been tasty and hot and the beer has been great. No complaints at all.

Ok where do I start. I will add I'm quite angry at this point.
We arrived for a family meal on Saturday early evening (10th Dec) we placed our order and all seemed OK.
I ordered the 12oz steak with extra onion rings and peppercorn sauce.
When it arrived it looked decent, but.... and yes there is a but.

The steak was over cooked on the outside, quite tough (medium to well) and cold (found out after the peppercorn sauce arrived) The chips were warm and the onion rings (that come with the meal) were cold, the extra onion rings were also cold.

So this then comes to the pepper sauce, they charge £1.29 for a tiny pot and yes this was cold also (shock) but this didn't arrive with the meal but 5 to 7 mins later and I had to chase for it.

I ended up taking the food back and asking for a refund. What also was annoying, not one person come to see us to apologise or even ask the other members of the party if there food was ok.

Poor, absolutely poor place.

Had a lovely Xmas meal here - very quick to resolve a miscommunication regarding a member of our party needing wheelchair access. The staff quickly resolved everything and we couldn’t have asked for more accommodating staff. Food was great 😊
