Very cozy friendly little pub. First pub i have been to after recently moving up north. The bar staff are very polite. Another plus is this is a dog friendly pub!

Lovely dog friendly pub (well behaved dog's 😊) excellent friendly service. Follow all covid rules so feel safe. Nice cheap meals so can actually afford to go for a drink knowing you have to eat too. Would definitely recommend

Cash only pub in 2022. It's a shame they don't take card as I'm sure it's would be a good pub.

This seems a popular place. A nice mix of people when we were in, a saturday night in january. I was pleasently surprised by how many people were in as most of the pubs in the market square were pretty quiet. There is a decent selection of drinks on offer and comfortable seats if you want to rest your weary self. I have been in a few times previously and will continue to do so. 👍🍻
