We were looking for a dog friendly place for Sunday lunch and this place fit the bill. The venue is great, has ample parking and the dog was given a biscuit and bowl of water. Although there weren’t many customers, the service was extremely slow and nobody seemed to be clearing tables between courses. The main course itself was OK, I had the roast beef, but after asking for a dessert menu which had still not appeared 15 minutes later, we decided to pay the bill and leave.

Lovely restaurant with very friendly staff. I had the vegan suet slice, which I really liked.
My partner had some fish and chips, which wasn’t that good. Maybe because the tartar sauce was missing, which we just recognised.
The vegan brownie was really good, but the slice was a bit too sweet for us.
My rating 4*, my partner’s rating 2*

What a beautiful place top marks to the designer and wow gorgeous food and drink, varied menu (your southern gravy was amazing) wonderful staff and yes I'm going to go there, the cleanest nicest toilets I've seen in a bar ever! Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Top notch accommodation, would highly recommend this place to any of my friends. Traveling from the south coast of England we wanted somewhere close to Snowdon and Zip World. This was a great choice for us. The Snowdon Suite was a modern studio apartment, tastefully decorated with all the facilities we could wish was, including its own hot tub on the private terrace. Even though it was raining we didn't give up the opportunity to stargaze in the tub! All the staff were friendly and the food was excellent. So many thoughtful touches, like the doggy treats. Safe to say this place exceeded expectations.

Popped in for lunch, very tasty. We had a delicious cauliflower and stilton soup, mussels and chips on the side. Beautiful place, great menu and Janet was a great waitress, very friendly and attentive, will definitely be back soon xx

Beautiful place to stop the night. The room was clean, cosy and lots of toiletries. Also a mini fridge in the room.
The food was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend the 7 cheese pie, it was incredible and staff were also very lovely. Service was quick at the bar and at the restaurant.
Breakfast was lovely.
Definitely will be going back and will be recommending to friends and family.

A special thank you to Tom who was always there to help.

We had the most amazing weekend

Poor Tom, trying to make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Starters were fine, main courses not very good, invest in cooking staff, lovely surroundings, money spent on aesthetics. This place could be amazing with the right staff.

First and last visit. Went for Sunday lunch, ordered the Turkey. Was very dry, hardly any veg, Yorkshire pudding was over cooked. Very bland meal. Asked for cranberry sauce, they didn’t have any.
Had ordered a drink, waited 20 minutes it didn’t turn up so had to ask again. Eventually turned up in a glass with a massive crack in it.
Went to the till to pay at the end and their card machines weren’t working. Had to hang around for 15 minutes whilst they tried to fix the problem.
Overall the place is badly run, felt like I was an extra in faulty towers.
