Great traditional pub with awesome views from the beer garden. Very traditional.

Friendly local and good beer. Helped me out of a tough spot too.

We weren’t sure what to expect but the food was really good. Decent portions, really flavourful (especially the chilli chips - definitely get those!) and the staff were efficient. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the Somersby cider on tap - it tasted stale.

Outstanding value for money, very very friendly staff, great food and very dog friendly despite our very badly behaved beagles!

Just left here and really enjoyed a superb meal and a lovely welcome. I had the lamb shank which was 1 of the best I've had (red onions courtesy of my partner not liking them) and my partner had the southern fried chicken burger which was equally as nice, washed down with nice cold ale and wine.
Visiting the area it was nice to have a chat with 1 of the owners who also gave us some helpful pointers on various routes to climb Snowdon. We'll definitely be going back and recommended to anyone else to pop in too.
