Food was fantastic. Really friendly staff. Didn't take long to get the food after it was ordered. Definitely eating here again!

Dropped in to use the Osprey charger and have some dinner. Opted for the carvery, it was nice and good value at £10. They only have 1 X CCS so it can get busy. Once the charger was free I plugged in and 50Kw was provided. Pub has seating outside and inside.

Fantastic place to go for a carvery or what ever you fancy from the menu or bar. Always well stocked and have great deserts too.

Wonderful staff, everyone we spoke to was helpful and really made our trip so easy especially going with a 7 month old. Vegetarian option for my boyfriend was really good, steak was nice although sauce was a bit weak. Father in law had a burger which he really enjoyed also. Place was busy but staff were on it, food came out quickly and hot, place was clean, toilets were nice. Lots of parking and a nice little play area for kids. Would definitely go again.

Went for a last minute meal. Just Had a Super Salad Bowl and it was delicious. The price was ok. Sophie served us in this occasion and she was very helpful and friendly :)

We had pre-booked but when we arrived our table was not quite ready so we were politely asked to wait in a seating area. We only waited around 10 minutes before being shown to our table. There were 6 of us & we all had Carvery, it was hot, beautifully cooked & presented with plenty of choice of meat, veg & sauces. Such good value as those in our party with smaller appetites were able to have a small plate while the medium plate was fine for the rest of us.
Staff were all friendly & helpful despite how busy it was so 6 very happy customers, can't wait to go again.

I first came to the Running Hare by chance and from the offset this one particular lady stood out. Her customer service is second to none. She made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for her.
Hence my return visit last night. Was so pleased to see this lady was on again. She's very approachable and her attention to detail is amazing. Food was delicious as always. And the overall feel was warm and welcoming. Thank you so much Hannah and team, for a truly wonderful experience. I will definitely be back !

The place was busy, considering the size of it, and considering we had popped into two other local pubs which we decided against beforehand. The staff were welcoming and the whole place was clean. The menu was decent, although much of what i would have chosen appeared to be unavailable on Saturdays. We ended up both having the medium carvery, which was more than enough and absolutely delicious. We can't wait to return with our sons, as they would love it too. The desserts looked awesome and I'm sure my boys will sample them next time. Great value for money too.
